Consultation
A prior consultation is required before booking semi-permanent brow treatments. This ensures suitability, correct technique selection, medical clearance if needed, and realistic expectation setting.

Pre-Care
To ensure the best results, please:
• Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood thinners 24 hours before treatment
• Do not tan or use self-tan 7 days before
• Avoid retinol, acids, or exfoliating products on the brow area 7 days before
• Avoid waxing, threading, or tinting brows 3 days before
• Do not book if pregnant, breastfeeding (unless medically cleared), or if you have certain medical conditions without prior consultation

After-Care
For optimal healing and pigment retention:
• Keep brows clean and dry for the first 7–10 days
• Avoid touching, picking, or scratching the treated area
• Do not apply makeup or skincare products on brows during healing
• Avoid sun exposure, saunas, steam, swimming, and intense sweating for 10–14 days
• Apply the recommended healing balm as instructed
• Expect light flaking or scabbing — this is normal

Touch-Up Policy
A touch-up appointment is recommended 4 weeks post-treatment to perfect shape, adjust colour, and reinforce pigment longevity.
Touch-up prices vary depending on the time passed since the original appointment.
