Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Deposit Requirement
Once a booking is made, it will be marked as pencilled-in until a 15% or 50% deposit (depending on current requirements) is received. The appointment will only be confirmed once the deposit has been paid.
If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe, the booking will be automatically cancelled. If a deposit is not requested during phone or in-person bookings, the appointment will be confirmed without it.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

More Than 24 Hours’ Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Your deposit will be retained as credit and can be used for a future appointment.

Within 24 Hours’ Notice
We operate a two-strike policy for cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours. On the second occurrence, your deposit will be forfeited to discourage repeated last-minute changes.

No-Shows or Same-Day Cancellations
Failure to attend your appointment or cancelling within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late and we are fully booked, we may not be able to proceed with your appointment. If you are running late, please contact reception immediately on +356 7979 0119 so we can advise whether the appointment can still go ahead.
• Delays over 15 minutes: If we are unable to perform the service, the deposit will be forfeited, and the full service fee may still apply.
• Brow & Laser Appointments: Delays of more than 5 minutes may result in forfeited deposits and the full service charge, if we cannot proceed.

Consultation Policy

Certain services require a consultation to ensure suitability. These include:
• Specific Hair Bar treatments
• Electrolysis
• Laser Hair Removal
• Semi-Permanent Makeup Treatments
• Other treatments as advised by reception

Our team will guide you during your inquiry or booking.

Package & Membership Policy

• Full payment is required after your first appointment.
• Memberships are non-refundable and time-limited.
• Packages/memberships are non-transferable and non-shareable.
• No refunds will be issued for unused package services.

Laser Hair Removal Policy

At Health & Co. Beauty Hub, the safety and effectiveness of your treatment is our top priority.
Please take note of the following important guidelines:

Consultation & Patch Test:
• All new clients, regardless of previous laser hair removal treatments done elsewhere, are required to complete a consultation and patch test before beginning any sessions.

Treatment Intervals (as per Candela Protocol):
A specific amount of time must be left between treatments on the same area:
• Underarms, Upper Lip, Full Face - Every 4 weeks
• Brazilian & Arms - Every 6 weeks
• Legs & Back - Every 6–8 weeks

Skin Suitability:
• Our laser hair removal treatments are suitable for Fitzpatrick skin types I–III only.
• We cannot perform treatments on tanned or darker skin, including recent sun exposure or artificial tanning.

Pre-Treatment Guidelines:
• Stop waxing, plucking, or epilating the area 4–6 weeks before your first session and throughout the course of your treatments.
• Shave the treatment area 24–48 hours before your scheduled appointment for optimal results.

Terms & Conditions | Laser Hair Removal Package Scheme
• All Laser Hair Removal treatments will be carried out by certified laser professionals.
• The package holder is entitled to a Free Laser Hair Removal Test Patch with a laser professional.
• If no adverse reactions are observed following the patch test, the client may proceed with their laser hair removal package. Once the package is purchased, it becomes non-refundable, as the patch test has confirmed the treatment is suitable for the client.
• The first laser hair removal session can be booked 48 hours after the patch test.
• Laser Hair Removal treatment sessions are non-transferable and must be carried out by the package holder only.
• The package holder is entitled to Laser Hair Removal treatments only and not to any other treatments involving the use of the Candela device.
• The package is valid for a specific number of sessions, depending on the package purchased. There is no expiry date on packages.
• Laser Hair Removal treatments are carried out by appointment only. Walk-ins will not be accepted unless instructed otherwise by Health & Co. management.

Terms & Conditions | Laser Hair Removal Membership Scheme
• All Laser Hair Removal treatments will be carried out by certified laser professionals.
• The cardholder is entitled to a Free Laser Hair Removal Test Patch with a laser professional.
• If no adverse reactions are observed following the patch test, the client may proceed with their laser hair removal package. Once the package is purchased, it becomes non-refundable, as the patch test has confirmed the treatment is suitable for the client.
• The first laser hair removal session can be booked 48 hours after the patch test.
• Laser Hair Removal treatment sessions are non-transferable and must be carried out by the cardholder only.
• The cardholder is entitled to Laser Hair Removal treatments only and not to any other treatments involving the use of the Candela device.
• The membership card is valid for a specific period (6 or 12 months) from the date of purchase, and any unused time is non-refundable.
• Memberships cannot be paused or extended during the summer months.
• Laser Hair Removal treatments are carried out by appointment only. Walk-ins will not be accepted unless instructed otherwise by Health & Co. management.
• The cardholder is entitled to the maximum number of Laser Hair Removal treatments as per standard device protocols over the specific time period.

Nail Bar Policy

• All clients are kindly asked to bring their personal nail file to each appointment.
• If needed, a new nail file can be purchased at the nail bar for €3.

Infill Appointments & Repairs:
• Up to 2 repairs during an infill appointment are free of charge.
• 3 repairs will incur a charge of €6 in total.
• 4 or more repairs will be charged as a full set.

Breakage Repairs:
• Breakages within 7 days of your appointment are eligible for free repairs.
• After 7 days, repairs are charged at €2 per nail until your next scheduled visit.

Lash Bar Policy

• A lash fix is available for €15 if booked within 10 days of your last lash appointment.
• Refill appointments should be scheduled within 3 weeks of your full set to maintain the desired look.
• After 3 weeks, a full set will be required.
• For influencer promotions, any discounts apply to full sets only and do not apply to refill appointments.
