Cacao is the most pure form of chocolate and is full of antioxidants, fiber, and magnesium. Maca has a nutty and vanilla flavour, and it is good for fatigue, memory, and balancing hormones. Maca and cacao together are the perfect match helping boost your mood and lift your energy level, similarly to coffee, although to a different extent. Perfect for a little morning boost or as a pre- or post-gym drink full of proteins, vitamins and minerals.

Instructions for use: Use 1 or 2 spoons of this mix with milk, as a warm hot chocolate, or to flavour and enhance smoothies, pancakes and other recipes.

Recipe – Cacao & Maca Pancakes.

• Crushed chia seeds – 2 tablespoons.

• Cacao & Maca powder – 2 tablespoons.

• Coconut oil – 2 tablespoons.

• Bicarbonate soda – ½ of teaspoon.

• Flour (of your choice) – 2/3 cups.

• Milk (of your choice) – 1 cup.

• Water – 1/3 cups.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well until obtaining a mix of smooth consistency. Use a hot oiled non-stick pan to cook the pancakes.
