Stage 1: The first two weeks of your weight loss journey are all about controlling appetite and making sure you don’t fall into an emotional hole. This tonic contains a unique combination of fiber, which will help surpress appetite and keeps you feeling full, whilst saffron, 5-HTP and vitamin b1 which contributes to a normal psychological function and helps you regulate emotions.
